My chart looks wrong.
Double-check your birth date, time and place. Birth time errors of even 30 minutes can change the lagna.
If the time is uncertain, use the Birth Time Verification tool in the app. See also the

The AI model isn't downloading.
The model is about 1.3 GB — please download on a stable Wi-Fi connection. If it stalls, force-quit
the app and try again. The download resumes from where it left off.
Subscription / billing questions.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Jyotishka. For refunds or billing issues,
contact App Store Support or Google Play Support directly. For questions about what's included in

Delete my account.
Open the app → Settings → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. All data will be removed within 30 days.
